Chemvinyl is a one-component, precatalyzed vinyl sanding sealer with good clarity and moisture resistance. It is a quick drying, excellent sanding sealer that provides a very good moisture barrier. It provides excellent adhesion to most wood species as well as to topcoats. Clear water-white formulation. Can be used as a catalyzed sealer.
