In this position, you will be helping woodworkers and wood finishers do their job better with the tools and supplies they need. You will need to handle a fast-paced, in-person customer service center – including online and phone orders. The ideal team member will excel at accurate order processing and attention to detail.
Senior Inside Customer Service
The ideal candidate for this position will leverage excellent customer service skills to help woodworkers and wood finishers do their job better with the tools and supplies they need. You will need to handle a fast-paced, in-person customer service center – including online and phone orders. The ideal team member will take a proactive approach to customer service and excel at accurate order processing and attention to detail.
Assistant Business Manager
This position allows the ideal candidate to take a “hands on” approach to managing the operations of the business, assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will need to handle a fast-paced job and be adept at shifting priorities. The ideal team member will coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory levels, execute special projects and have exceptional attention to detail.
Warehouse Operations Support
In this position, the ideal candidate will become an expert in managing inventory imports and exports while maintaining inventory procedures and controls. You will need to handle a fast-paced job and be adept at shifting priorities. The ideal team member will take a proactive approach with good customer service skills and have excellent attention to detail.
